Antique JULIUS VOM HOFE Fly Fishing Reel cir. 1889. Antique/vintage Julius Vom Hofe fly fishing reel. I believe this reel is circa 1889. It is in excellent condition both physically and functionally. Very nice and clean for its age of over 100 years. Measures 2 1/4 inches wide. One side reads Julius Vom Hofe, PAT Oct 8, 89 and the other reads Thos. J. Conroy, Maker, NY. Bottom reads 3 1/2. A great little reel to add to your vintage collection.
